Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 7-14 of working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pickup:

Orders can be pick up daily, from 10am to 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders are generally shipped within 7-14 days using your preferred shipping provider/courier. Flat rate shipping fee of RM8 to RM15 for East Malaysia applies to orders shipping to West & East Malaysia.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer RM8-RM15 flat rate shipping to West Malaysia & East Malaysia.
